As a Service Engineer, you will provide critical maintenance, repair and calibration on a range of bleeding-edge technology, for a business with one of the most recognizable brands in the world.
This company is a global powerhouse at the forefront of their industry, and you will travel to clients mostly across the South-East of England, where you must be willing to spend time away from home during the week. Weekend work is not required, and will be paid for overtime, and compensated for hotel, food and given a company vehicle.
Role and Responsibilities
Joining a small team of service engineers, your purpose is to provide essential technical support to customers, build said relationships and deal with issues not only independently, but alongside a range of technical engineering specialists.
Service, maintenance, repair, installations and calibrations
Become a technical expert on product domain and provide technical support
Document all inspections, submitting paperwork and filing reports effectively
Maintaining close relationships with customersWhat are we looking for?
A background within service, maintenance or repair on cross-functional engineering products
Electro-mechanical, mechatronics, pneumatics experience
Good knowledge of IT systems / PLC’s
