Property Litigation Legal Team Assistant

JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with one of the leading regional law firms in Essex. Offering a full range of legal advice to business and individual clients. Our client is recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Team Assistant for their Hornchurch Office.

If you’re an experienced Property Litigation Team Assistant / Legal Secretary we would love to hear from you.

The role

  • Providing support to one of more fee earners
  • Diary management
  • Audio typing legal documents, emails
  • Attending to clients
  • Assist with billing process
  • Handling Debt Recovery
  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Neighbour and Boundary Disputes
  • Commercial disputes
  • Property disputes
  • Preparing trial bundles
  • Liaising with clients, Solicitors, Courts

Experience

  • Recent Litigation / Property secretarial / Team Assistant experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel , Audio typing
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
