Last month, we launched the next evolution of the Adda Analytics platform - expanding how treasury and finance teams analyse execution quality, pricing transparency, and hedging performance across every major risk line.

Join Our In-House SDR Team

We are hiring a Software Sales Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in London (Mayfair).


This is not outsourced sales. This is not high-volume cold calling.


You’ll be embedded directly within product, advisory, and leadership - helping take a major platform release to market at a pivotal growth stage.


You’ll engage CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors in conversations around:

  • Execution efficiency
  • Pricing transparency
  • Hedging performance
  • Risk management


You will help shape how Adda is positioned, messaged, and commercialised as we scale.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and qualifying new leads through strategic inside sales activity
  • Generating and nurturing high-quality opportunities for the sales team
  • Managing consultative conversations with prospective clients
  • Delivering clear, persuasive value propositions around execution analytics
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting structured business development initiatives
  • Contributing to the growth of a high-performance commercial function


You’ll be opening conversations around governance, transparency, and financial impact - backed by data that stands up in the boardroom.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a strong ability to identify and engage prospective clients
  • Excellent Communication skills - confident articulating complex value propositions clearly
  • A proven Sales track record, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Business Development instincts with the ability to identify new commercial opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, agile environment
  • Familiarity with financial markets, fintech, SaaS, or data analytics (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university – business related is preferable but not essential.
