HR Business Partner / HR Director Designate

Location : Office based Poole & multisite visits

Salary : to £60-70k DOE

Benefits : Private medical, 25 days hols + BH, pension, health cash plan

Hours : Full time office based 42.5 hours per week

Reporting to the CEO and managing an internal team of 3 you will have extensive HR experience. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced, growing business with a performance culture. You will be able to lead by example with unquestioned credibility, judgment, standards and ethics. You will be a great communicator at all levels including face to face but also online and over the phone.

The HR Business Partner / HR Director Designate will : -

• Have extensive experience in a HR leadership role (Head of HR, HRBP, HR Director)
