Position : Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery PractitionerLocation : Central LondonSalary : £27,000 - £29,000 per annumType : Full-Time, PermanentStart : ASAPWe are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our client's inspiring team in Central London.This nursery is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education within a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, personal growth, and child development.   • Plan, prepare and deliver educational activities that promote development tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Adhere to nursery policies and guidelines, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create an innovative and stimulating learning atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Regularly assess and record children’s progress, adjusting practices to meet individual needs.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your expertise in early years care.Requirements :
  • Enhanced DBS check – this can be arranged for you if you don’t currently have one.
  • Recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
  • Passionate about working with young children and contributing to their developmental milestones.Benefits :
