Role Highlights

• Lead the valuation and payment application process for active contracts and projects.
• Resolve invoicing and payment issues efficiently and collaboratively.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts while ensuring maximum financial performance.
• Identify and validate variations with technical support on hand when needed.
• Understand contract scopes in detail and drive compliance across delivery teams.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Develop and refine schedules, BOQs, and activity breakdowns tailored to each project.
• Support monthly reporting cycles with accurate commercial data and cashflow forecasting.
• Engage with suppliers—managing contracts, ensuring payments, and tendering specialist works when needed.
