Accounts Assistant

We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic finance team based near Helmsley, North Yorkshire

What You’ll Be Doing as an Accounts Assistant

You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the business. Your day-to-day will include :

• Supporting with the preparation of month-end reporting packs
• Reconciling payments and uploading sales invoices and credit notes
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
• Preparing journals, pre-payments, and accruals
• Supporting the audit process
• Liaising with key stakeholders in the business and working towards shared deadlines
