Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer x 2 - Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey - Up to £48,000

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey working at a large commercial building behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large commercial premises

My client is looking for a 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile Building at Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey carrying out maintenance.

Hours

4 days on, 4 days off - 08:00am - 18:30pm

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Mechanical / Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
• Navy Engineers Considered

Package

• Basic Salary of up to £48,000
• 20 Days Annual leave

• Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
• Packing on site

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Knowledge of UPS, BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HV and LV systems
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
• Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
