Product Configuration Engineer

Client : BAE Systems

Duration : 12 months

Hourly Pay : £35.02 PAYE or £47.14 Umbrella

Working Arrangements : 1 day per month in the office

About the Role

You’ll play a vital role in supporting major naval programmes, ensuring configuration management and product lifecycle processes are effectively delivered across the design and build phases.

What You’ll Do

• Support configuration and change management activities across complex warship programmes.
• Help maintain product baselines and ensure robust change control.
• Work with industry-leading PLM tools (e.g. Windchill, FORAN, AVEVA).
• Provide guidance to engineering teams and contribute to solving design and product change issues.
