Salary : £47,809 £54,710 per annum, plus 24 days holiday and 5% pension contribution

Location : South West (Hybrid minimum 3 days per week on site)

About the Role :

Were seeking a dynamic and experienced operational leader to oversee the delivery of domestic and housekeeping services across a large, multi-site healthcare environment in the South West. This is a pivotal role within a high-performing facilities team, ensuring services are safe, effective, and aligned with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2025.

Youll lead a sizeable workforce, manage complex logistics, and drive continuous improvement across cleaning, decontamination, and support services. With a strong focus on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and team development, youll be instrumental in shaping a culture of excellence and professionalism.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week on site, with the remainder worked remotely.
