About Psych Health

Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is one of the leading providers of psychological services to the workplace sector, offering a range of psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments, from CBT, counselling, to EMDR. Established in 2008, and proud to still be a clinically led organisation, we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of everything we do.

Working across a varied and rapidly expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, we provide high quality psychological assessment and therapy to employees across a diverse range of sectors, from manufacturing to blue light services.

At Psych Health, we believe that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting our clinicians to do what they do best. We are passionate about helping people get better, stay better and live better and by creating a truly nurturing culture, not only are our clinicians able to grow, develop and thrive, but our patients benefit from our ongoing commitment to improve patient outcomes.

Role Outline

As our team of dedicated clinicians continues to grow throughout 2025, we are hiring for passionate and patient-centred Clinical and Counselling Psychologists to join our Psych Health service.

In line with our dynamic growth, we offer a flexible approach to employment.

This remote position is available Monday to Friday on a part-time (a minimum of 2 days per week) or full-time basis, catering to your work-life balance preferences. Candidates must be able to commit to either a Tuesday or a Thursday to accommodate for weekly team meetings.

The Role :

This is a fast-paced clinical role, where you’ll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you'll deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors.

You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates.

Your role will involve a broad spectrum of clinical responsibilities, promising a dynamic and fulfilling work experience. In addition to the core clinical focus of the role, you will also have the opportunity from time to time to get involved with other exciting elements, such as :

  • Developing specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes.
  • Conducting specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments).
  • Designing and delivering impactful mental health workshops for our key clients.
  • Being supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions.

The Person :

  • A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings.
  • A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions remotely via video call.
  • Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential.
  • Additional experience working with children, young people and families is desirable, but not essential.
  • Candidates with experience of delivering neurodiversity assessments will be highly desirable.
  • A commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition, and active contribution to the development of our services.
  • A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals (CBT Therapists, Counsellors, and Psychologists), enthused by improving workplace health.
  • This is an invitation to elevate your career within a company that values progression and impact. At Psych Health, your professional development is paramount, and your work will leave a lasting impression on the mental health landscape. Join us and be part of shaping a brighter, healthier future for employees nationwide.
