We are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of a busy, high-end gastro pub located just a few miles from Tonbridge . This long-established venue is renowned for its seasonal, fresh food and exceptional reputation for quality dining.

About the Role :

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of a high-volume kitchen

Assisting in the delivery of consistently excellent dishes using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Taking the lead in sections of the kitchen, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards are maintained

Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials

Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are upheld
