Overview

Our client is a leading FTSE250 consultancy, who is looking to build out their Finance Transformation practice with a senior appointment.
This initiative is part of the Group’s strategy to establish a new business arm – initially focused on the insurance consulting market, with scope to broaden into Financial Services.
Their new practice will support clients across Actuarial, Finance Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Reporting. To date, the Actuarial and Data & Analytics capabilities have been built out, with acquisitions and industry-leading hires accelerating their path toward becoming a market-leading consultancy.
Culture is a key priority for our client, and a collaborative approach is essential.

Role Objectives

Develop and implement comprehensive finance transformation strategies tailored to the needs of insurance clients

Oversee the integration of finance systems (e.g. ERM, EPM, etc) and supporting data models into efficient finance processes integrity within client environments

Develop solutions to achieve enhanced finance working day timetables and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Design and implement finance target operating models to enhance the overall cost efficiency and effectiveness of these functions
