Private Client Solicitor- Trust and Tax Specialist- 4Years + PQE

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong specialism in trusts and tax to join a growing team. This is not a generalist private client role - we are looking for someone who has started in Private Client law and developed a clear focus on trusts and tax work.

The Role

As a key member of the Private Client department, you will :

Advise high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and families on complex trust and tax matters.

Draft and administer trusts, wills, and related estate planning documentation.

Provide guidance on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.

Work closely with colleagues across other departments to deliver integrated solutions.

Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, helping to build out the trust and tax offering.

About You

Qualified solicitor with at least 4-5 years' PQE.

Solid background in private client law with a specialist focus on trusts and tax.

Strong technical knowledge and experience advising on complex matters.

Excellent client care, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing team.
