Overview

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the distribution center, including the planning, resource scheduling, and execution supervision of end-point deliveries
Build a high-performing team and improve the recruitment, training, and assessment systems
Dynamically allocate resources to cope with business fluctuations, ensure service stability, and strictly enforce safety, security, and quality standards and regulations
Establish a responsibility-oriented team culture and promote continuous improvement
Monitor core operational indicators, formulate improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Job Requirements

Experience in logistics management, operations management, business administration or related fields

At least 3 years of experience in logistics / warehousing operations, with experience in end delivery preferred

Capable of managing diverse teams and handling pressure

Skilled in data-driven operations, proficient in logistics systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software

Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills
