As a Press Brake Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brake machines to produce high-quality precision components in accordance with engineering drawings and production requirements. You will work with minimal supervision and contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work : Monday to Thursday

16 : 30 till 05 : 00

48 Hour working week

Pay & Benefits :

Starting from £13.50 p / h (for the first 39 hours; overtime rate of x1.33 for remaining 9 hours)

Monthly timekeeping & attendance bonus

up to £60.00 per month

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate sheet metal components

Interpret and work from engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to specification

Carry out first-off inspection and ensure consistent quality throughout production runs

Make adjustments to programs and machine settings as required

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company H&S procedures

Report any issues with machinery or production to the supervisor in a timely manner

Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 2 years experience setting and operating CNC Press Brakes

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Confident in working independently and producing parts to tight tolerances

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Experience using Amada and / or Coastone press brake machines
