The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised  Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager  to manage the successful coordination and delivery of Vixio's most critical strategic programmes. This cross-functional role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring structure and momentum to high-impact initiatives, acting as a critical link between the Product, Technology,Regulatory Intelligence, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead project planning, execution, and tracking for high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment between Product, Technology Regulatory Intelligence, Commercial, and Marketing teams. Drive effective collaboration across teams to meet programme objectives, managing interdependencies and resolving blockers proactively.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between Product, Technology, Regulatory Intelligence and Commercial teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and well-informed.
  • Maintain accountability across teams, driving actions to completion through effective delegation and follow-up processes.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to streamline execution.
  • Track, analyse, and report progress effectively to leadership and other stakeholders in a consistent and digestible format.
  • Use independent judgment and initiative to solve problems, anticipate risks, and mitigate issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functional groups, ensuring that dependencies and impacts are well understood.
  • Champion a solution-focused mindset, adapting to changing priorities and challenges with agility.
  • Own and facilitate the weekly Monday Management Programme Meeting preparation, ensuring all updates are accurate, actions are tracked, and issues are escalated as needed.
  • Act as the central gatekeeper for the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives, maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, and accountability.

Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience in programme or project management within a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development and go-to-market coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential roadblocks.
  • Experience presenting complex programs in a clear and concise manner to Exec team
  • Comfortable working with programme / project tracking tools (currently there isn't a tool in place.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into actionable plans and clear reports.
  • Desirable :

  • Experience working with compliance, regulatory, or content-led products.
