Your new role

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Supporting colleagues, clients, and providers via phone, email, and writtenmunication
• Preparing standard documentation and opening new client files
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems
• Conducting research on financial products and funds
• Performingpliance checks and assisting with policy updates
• Supporting financial record-keeping and data entry using SAGE
• Assisting Directors with ad hoc tasks and projects

Professional Development : You’ll be enroled in the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, a structured programme of 6 modules typicallypleted over 2–3 years. All study materials and exam fees are fully funded.

What you'll need to succeed

What We’re Looking For :

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strongmunication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
