I’m currently working in partnership with a highly reputable HVAC & Mechanical specialist who have been established for over 45 years, delivering exceptional service across MOD & MOJ sites. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their engineering team with an experienced Mobile AC & HVAC Service Engineer to cover the Midlands region.

The Role :
- Carrying out planned and reactive service, maintenance, and breakdowns on a range of commercial HVAC and Air Conditioning systems
- Working across MOD and MOJ contracts, primarily covering the Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, and surrounding areas)
- Occasional travel to additional sites across the wider region as needed
- Engaging with CAFM systems and providing accurate, up-to-date job reporting
- Participating in a call-out rota (approx. 1 in 6 weeks)
Requirements :
Fully conversant with the service and maintenance of commercial AC & HVAC systemsMust hold valid F-Gas certificationNVQ or City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)Additional electrical qualifications are advantageousStrong fault-finding and diagnostics skillsExperience using tablet-based CAFM systemsClean DBS & Enhanced checks – must be comfortable working in secure environments (e.g., prisons)Salary & Package :
