Are you ready to take ownership of a full marketing strategy and make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing business in Blackburn on a hybrid set up .

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling the company's organic channels, with a strong focus on SEO , while also bringing proven knowledge of PPC to the table. You'll manage key agency relationships, get hands-on with implementation, and develop strategies that drive both B2C and B2B growth – with around 75% of the current business being B2C, and a clear ambition to expand the B2B arm.

This is a lead generation role , giving you the opportunity to design and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy, with the potential to build and grow your own team in the future.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
• Oversee and optimise PPC campaigns.
• Manage and nurture agency relationships.
• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital touchpoints.
