• A proven track record in automotive sales management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

• Excellent communication negotiation and organisational skills
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
• High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on lead-from-the-front attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manage and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
• Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Manage daily operations including deal files handovers and sales pipeline
• Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience
• Promote a culture of innovation continuous improvement and high achievement
• Recruit train and resource the sales team to support long-term success

Working Hours

• Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
• 4 Days week 1 5 days week 2
• 1 Weekend off Per month
