Job Description

New Directions Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Rochdale and Oldham. With growing demand for classroom support, we’re looking to register caring, confident and enthusiastic TAs who are passionate about helping children thrive across all primary key stages, from EYFS to KS2.

Location : Across Rochdale and Oldham

Start Date : ASAP

Roles Available : Ad hoc, part-time, long-term and flexible supply

Your Role May Include

• Supporting classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Assisting with classroom learning, play-based activities, and small group interventions
• Delivering focused support in literacy, numeracy, phonics, or speech and language
• Helping with personal care routines when required
• Contributing to positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environments
