Warehouse Operative (Picker) - Full Time

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.

Base pay range

• Hours : 37.5 hours across 5 days per week.
• Pay : £13.17 - £14.28 per hour.

We offer a permanent full‑time position and have a variety of shift patterns available – working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day. We may also have some part‑time work available.

We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.28 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts (£11.88 if you are under 21). You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full‑time positions and overtime is regularly available.

Most warehouse operatives start with us picking orders; however, there may also be opportunities beyond this to work in our goods in and loading operations.

Requirements

We welcome applications from Army, Navy and Royal Air Force service leavers and veterans into our distribution operations and work in partnership with Hire a Hero to support service leavers with their transition into civilian life.
