CRM & Email Marketing Specialist – 6 month FTC

Exclusive opportunity for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join a UK membership body on a 6 month FTC basis (may possibly be extended to 12 month FTC).

Reporting into the head of Digital, the successful candidate will work as part of a wider marketing team and be primarily focused on email marketing & CRM as well as wider ad hoc digital tasks.

1 day a week in St Albans office, 4 from home

£40k - £45k (DOE) – Prorated for 6 months

Must be able to start within 1 month

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM / Marketing Cloud software (Salesforce)
• Develop automated workflows and nurture campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Set up, segment email lists, monitor campaign performance, and optimise delivery
• Embed forms, surveys, and interactive tools to increase engagement and data collection
• Collaborate with teams on new initiatives and projects
• Generate and interpret reports on digital performance metrics across email and web
• Contribute to ad-hoc digital and marketing projects as required
