Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Lessons :  Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that challenge students and promote high standards of achievement.

Curriculum Development :  Develop, adapt, and refine maths schemes of work to ensure they meet the needs of all students, following the national curriculum guidelines.

Assessment and Progress Tracking :  Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Classroom Management :  Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, managing behaviour effectively to ensure all students can reach their potential.
