We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deli Manager
to lead our deli, deepen relationships with local suppliers and farmers, and
engage with the community through food. This is a unique opportunity for
someone who knows their local food scene, enjoys supporting independent
producers, and wants to create a deli experience that reflects the very best of
the local area.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading
  the day-to-day running of the deli


• Building
  and maintaining strong relationships with local farmers, producers, and
  artisan suppliers


• Managing
  ordering, stock control, margins, and waste


• Ensuring
  excellent food safety, hygiene, and legal compliance standards


• Leading,
  training, and developing the deli team


• Delivering
  knowledgeable, friendly service and advice to customers about locally
  sourced produce

What we’re looking for

• Previous
  experience managing a delicatessen or farm shop


• Strong
  knowledge of the local food market and artisan producers


• Confidence
  working with fresh, seasonal, and specialist products


• A
  hands-on, organised, and commercially aware approach


• Excellent
  communication skills and a genuine passion for food provenance and
  sustainability


• A
  warm, professional leadership style with a strong community mindset
