Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD)

Elderly Nursing Home in Mansfield

£55,000 per annum

40 hours per week - shared on call duty

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Mansfield.

Package for the Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) but not limited to :

£55,000 per annum
40 hours per week
Flexible working pattern i.e. 08 : 00-16 : 00, 08 : 30-16 : 30 or 09 : 00-17 : 00
An opportunity to work in a home with a good CQC rating

Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) requirements :

RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification

Active NMC PIN number

Our client will consider someone looking to take the next step in their career i.e. a current Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager.

Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management

Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
