We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join a well-regarded Catholic secondary school in the vibrant borough of Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students with a love for history, geography, and religious studies within a faith-based environment.

The Role

The school is seeking a qualified Humanities Teacher with the ability to teach across all three core subjects at Key Stage 3 and specializing in at least one at Key Stage 4 and A-Level. The ideal candidate will be adept at making complex topics accessible and engaging for all students. Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering high-quality lessons in Geography, History, and Religious Studies to Key Stage 3 students.
• Teaching your specialist subject(s) to GCSE and A-Level, preparing students for examinations and life beyond the classroom.
• Developing and implementing a dynamic curriculum that encourages critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the world, in line with the school's Catholic ethos.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Participating in extracurricular activities that enrich students' academic experience, such as field trips or debate clubs.
