About The Role

• Assessing risks and producing relevant risk assessments
• Maintaining firearms, equipment and activity areas to the highest standards
• Ensuring all activities are delivered safely and in line with current legislation and best practice

About You

• You hold a recognised Shotgun Instructor qualification (essential).
• Experience or qualifications in other activities (e.g. fishing, archery, paddlesports, cycling, hill walking) are desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
• You hold a First Aid certificate (or are willing to obtain one).
• You hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
• You have a strong awareness of Health & Safety and safe operating procedures.

• You have a genuine passion for the outdoors and for creating outstanding experiences for members and guests.
• You are confident, professional and enthusiastic when communicating with members, guests and colleagues.
• You have strong leadership skills and are comfortable taking responsibility in a dynamic outdoor environment.
• You are adaptable, approachable and able to tailor your delivery to suit different personalities and abilities.
