Recruitment Consultant – Insurance specialist

Are you working in sales or business development but not seeing the rewards you deserve for your hard work? Thinking about a career change into something more lucrative, fast-paced, and meritocratic?

We’re looking for driven individuals with a background in sales or business development who are ready to take the step into recruitment within the Insurance sector . You’ll be supported with full training and development while building a career where success is directly rewarded.

What the role involves :

You’ll join our Insurance division, specialising in permanent recruitment across areas such as underwriting, claims, actuarial, broking, risk, and compliance. This is a full 360 recruitment role , giving you the chance to develop strong client relationships and connect them with outstanding talent across the market.

Who you are :

• 1–2 years of transferable experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles .
• A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ambitious and hungry to learn, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and forward-thinking – you embrace change and see challenges as opportunities.
• A true team player who lives our values : Personal Accountability, Ingrained Drive, Professional Expertise, Cultural Connectivity, and being Agile & Adaptive.

No prior recruitment experience is needed – just the drive to succeed and the willingness to learn.
