The setting is centred on providing a safe and supportive environment where the young people can develop resilience, build self-esteem and learn the skills the needed for successful independence and adult life.This home is seeking an empathetic Residential leader to take on this long-term role, although there is potential for this to become a permanent position for the right Team Leader. The successful Residential Team Leader will bring a therapeutic skill set and empower young people to achieve throughout their life. The position will involve working with young people who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties. Resilience is required and the ability to handle behaviours that may challenge. Experience working within a PACE model is advantageous. The successful Residential Team Leader will have : Experience working within therapeutic modelsAt least 2 years’ experience within a similar settingExperience working with young people with Emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.Level 3 or 4 in children’s and young people workforceTeam-Teach or CPI qualifications desirableIn return for the above you can expect to receive : A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding processGuaranteed Payment Scheme
