This is a hands-on strategic role and part of the group leadership team. Focused on recruiting, developing and retaining the talent needed to scale the business rapidly and achieve the organisation’s goals. • Partner with Group Leadership to achieve HR goals
• Define our talent development and colleague engagement model
• Develop Group HR policies and processes to support best-practice
• Lead and coach the business with compassion and empathy through change and transformation
• Act as an organizational coach, who builds capabilities, reduces complexity and maximizes team performance
• Handle direct recruitment efforts
• Provide HR support and advice to all colleagues
• Develop and drive our Environmental, Social and Governance approach and initiatives across the group
• Co-ordinate with our PLC’s central HR team to share, learn and drive best practices
