Paint Sprayer

Our client, a well-established organisation in Warwick, is looking for a skilled Painter / Prepper to join their paint department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality finish and enjoys working in a hands-on, detail-focused environment.

The role :

Preparing and masking vehicles to a high standard

Ensuring work is completed in line with production line takt times

Supporting paint shop duties across different units when required

Promoting good housekeeping and adhering to health & safety practices

Playing an active part in continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have :

Previous experience in painting, prepping, or a similar finishing role

Knowledge of health & safety when working with solvents and paints

Awareness of takt times within a production environment

The ability to work in confined spaces and climb onto vehicles as needed

Flexibility to work across 3 Warwick units

A proactive, team-focused attitude

up to £18.26 per hour (DOE)

Day shifts only

finish by 15 : 30, MondayThursday
