As a recruiter you will be responsible for building up new business for your desk and generating a strong bank of candidates. We would expect the successful candidate to train as a 360 recruiter and be able to use their initiative to develop appropriate solutions and make decisions when required.

Contracted to42 hours per week

Working Hours : Monday to Thursday 8am 5.30pm & Friday 8am 5pm

Holidays starting at 23 days plus Bank Holidays + Birthday off

What you'll be responsible for in this role :

Managing your own temporary desk within the industrial industry

Growing your own scope and reach of your desk

Working towards reaching the companys financial targets

Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude

Building a strong bank of candidates

To be successful in this position you will :

Have previous recruiter or sales experience

Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant

Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach

Thrive in a target driven environment

Have excellent communication skills and capable of leading and dealing with stakeholders at all levels

Possess the ability to work under pressure
