Warehouse Operative / FLT (Temp to Perm)

Location : Bloxwich

We're seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid counterbalance forklift licence and previous steel industry experience to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Shift Pattern :

Monday to Thursday : 09 : 00 - 17 : 00
Friday : 08 : 30 - 17 : 00
Overtime available

Responsibilities :

Operating counterbalance forklift trucks

Handling and moving steel products

Loading / unloading wagons

General warehouse duties and housekeeping

✅ Key Skills & Requirements :

Valid counterbalance FLT licence

Steel industry experience is essential

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Strong attention to detail

Team player with a good work ethic

Reliable and committed to long-term employment

Pay & Benefits :

Minimum wage during probation

Quarterly bonuses once permanent
