Director – Fire Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Fire Engineer to join as Director – Fire Engineering. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to direct projects, manage a growing team, and shape the future of a developing fire engineering consultancy.

The Role

Lead major fire engineering projects across multiple sectors.

Oversee delivery of complex fire safety strategies with technical excellence.

Manage and develop a team of Fire Engineers.

Act as a client lead and build strong long-term partnerships.

Contribute to business strategy and growth of the fire engineering division.

About You

Minimum 10+ years of continuous fire engineering experience within the UK (ideally England).

Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) – essential.

Strong leadership and proven experience in directing large-scale fire engineering solutions.

Excellent client-facing and business development skills.

Motivated, ambitious, and able to integrate effectively within a dynamic team.

Salary £95,000 – £110,000 DOE.
