My client, a luxurious Scottish Country Hotel nestled in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway, require a hospitality couple to join their team.

Sitting amongst beautiful woodland and romantic gardens, my client offers guests a wonderfully relaxed country house hotel with excellent rustic cuisine and friendly local staff.

My client is looking for a Head Chef and Front of House couple with a salary on offer for the Head Chef circa £40,000 per annum. The Head Chef must be ambitious with plenty of ideas, whilst at FOH it is expected the successful candidate will manage bookings and calls, check guests in and out and have a good cocktail and wine knowledge.

In return, my client will offer 6 weeks annual leave, 2 consecutive days off, medical and dental cover and a 1 bedroomed flat for anyone looking to relocate.
