Job Description
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the company's objectives.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team during the interim period.
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or QBE
- Proven experience in managing financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- A track record of successfully managing teams and collaborating across departments.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
