The role of the

Finance Manager

is to ensure the efficient and controlled operation of the accounting and finance systems :

Preparing monthly management accounts.

Present financial information to internal key stakeholders.

Liaising with internal and external auditors.

Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.

Manage, motivate and develop a small team.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person :

The successful candidate will be qualified or studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or AAT)

Previous experience is essential.

Previous experience of managing a small team is essential.

Good planning, time management and organisational skills are required.

Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
