Responsibilities

• Glimpse into the role awaiting you : Assisting the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in the effective delivery of the programmed maintenance.
• Take responsibility for the works on site, including timekeeping, productivity arrangements for breaks, dealing with members of the public, visitors to the site and deliveries.
• Proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team and maintain workforce discipline.
• Operate and ensure others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried out and properly recorded.
• Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Supervisor.
