If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.

PAY RATE :  Up to £13.36 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE :  Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS :  40 hours a week, weekends included.

LOCATION :  Portsmouth City Centre Premier Inn, Portsmouth, PO1 2TR

What you’ll do :

Join our team at Portsmouth City Centre Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
