Role Snapshot & Responsibilities

• You will assist the Head and Sous Chef to prepare, cook and present food to high standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment.
• You will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade to provide outstanding food experiences for our clients.
• You will support the kitchen to ensure it is fully compliant with Compass process, health and safety and food hygiene regulations and run commercially in line with budget expectations.
