Job descriptionDeliver innovative lessons across the KS1 curriculum. Lead a team of KS1 teachers, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. QTS with significant experience in KS1. A commitment to developing both academic and emotional well-being in young children. Leadership experience or the potential to take on a Phase Lead role.

Salary : MPS / UPS + TLR for Phase Lead
