This award winning inbound Tour Operator are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for supporting HR and training activities ensuring all team members are equipped to perform their best.
Training Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
Assist with all training and ongoing activities
Continuously review and evaluate training processes, materials and delivery methods
Support general HR admin tasks and assist with projects
Assist with documentation for onboarding and offboarding processes
Training Coordinator Skills and Experience Required
Impeccable discretion, loyalty and professionalism
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Learning & Development experience preferred but not essential

Salary from £25,000 depending on experience
