The role of the Healthcare Cleaning Professional is to support the smooth day to day operational running of our hospital through achieving excellent cleaning standards that will provide a clean and safe healthcare environment that meets our patient's expectations.
Part time Healthcare Cleaning Professional
Shift Times : Monday-Friday 20 hours per week, 20 hours per week, 15 hours per week, 20 hours per week.
There will be a requirement to work Bank Holidays.
This role is highlighted as part of the Wirral Healthcare & Workforce programme.
Main duties of the job
General baseline cleaning duties of the hospital environment will include mopping, vacuuming, damp dusting, cleaning of toilets and bathrooms and serving beverages to patients.
Additional specialised cleaning duties, including infection prevention and control cleaning, will be required as directed.
The successful Healthcare Cleaning Professional candidates will be required to :
Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given to provide the knowledge and skills to be a competent Healthcare Cleaning Professional. Uniform will be provided.

If successful in this role, there is a requirement for you to have a standard DBS. This will be paid for by the Trust and then deducted from your salary over a period of 3 month.
