This role will focus on defining product specifications, managing compliance with British and European standards, coordinating testing processes, and supporting continuous product improvement.The successful candidate will also lead the creation of technical documentation and packaging requirements.Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage new electrical product projects in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
• Establish product specifications, create technical briefs, and assess sample quality.
• Coordinate external testing and investigate technical issues during development.
• Define packaging, labelling, and instruction manual requirements.
• Support the Quality Team in reporting and resolving product issues.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant safety standards and directives (BS EN, EMC, REACH, RoHS).
