Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our plant in Bishopstoke, Southampton. You will be responsible for providing a technical link between the Telecom Sales team and Connectivity R&D. Travel will be required (10-20%) for trade shows, events and visiting customers around. You will be responsible for :

• Technical support for tenders
• Day to day support to the internal sales team on product selection
• Practical product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Develop and maintain and enquiry tracking system
• Evaluate product prototypes and submit technical reports.
• Support customer type test visits.
• Manage customer field trials and provide technical helpline support.
• Deliver training and education to customers as required, possibly outside of the UK
• Calculate cost estimates for product variants
• Maintaining product datasheets
• Identify product portfolio gaps
