We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving the success of our store. You will lead daily operations, foster a collaborative team environment, and help create an exceptional shopping experience while upholding the Mountain Warehouse brand.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Prioritise health and safety with regular risk assessments and a secure environment for staff and customers.
• Recruit and retain top talent to build a strong and motivated team.
• Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets and drive profitability through effective strategies.
• Monitor KPIs to track store performance and oversee stock levels with accurate delivery management.
• Implement proactive loss prevention strategies to protect store profitability.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and address feedback promptly.
• Represent Mountain Warehouse professionally and foster meaningful connections with the local community.
