This widely recognised College boasts fantastic media equipment, sports facilities and a proven track record in students going on to further education or full-time employment.This lovely and unique college is looking for a supportive and motivated Support Worker on a temporary contract, leading to a permanent position for the right Support Assistant. To support students with living independently and helping them complete daily tasks, safely and with care. The successful candidate will have experience working in an SEN care environment and will go above and beyond to get the best out of the students.  The role will directly impact the student's pass rating allowing them to move into full time employment or on to higher education.Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities to become empowered so that they can fully access the curriculum and successfully achieve their programme of study through their development of greater independenceThe successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have : Level 3 or equivalent relevant subjectSEN experience in Schools or CollegesDBS and on update serviceGCSE or Equivalent functional Skills L2 in Maths and English.Experience supporting residents with SENA broad experience with personal care and learning support workA strong knowledge and understanding of a T-Level courseIn return for the above you can expect to receive : A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding processGuaranteed Payment Scheme
