Top 3 skills needed for this role : An excellent communicator and motivatorAgile certifications e.g. SAFe SPC, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional, etc.5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach working in a software delivery environmentWhat this role is all about : We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) and help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing understanding of scaled agile and business agility from the top-down.You will coach, mentor, and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific challenges. You will analyse the organisation's existing structure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.
